About Us
Body Care Sports Therapy was founded by Beth in 2018, and her thriving business has been providing sports therapy services to Maidstone and surrounding areas since.
Beth was born and raised in Maidstone. She gained her BSc Sports Therapy (Hons) degree from University of Chichester, graduating in 2017.
Beth has a wealth of sports injury knowledge through working within professional football, including the men’s first teams at Maidstone United FC, Dartford FC, and Bromley FC. She has also previously worked with academies at Maidstone United and Tonbridge Angels, and separately Gillingham Girls RTC, meaning she is well equipped to deal with patients of all ages. Beth is currently Lead Sports Therapist at Hythe Town FC.
Beth has a passion for helping others, from both a sporting and non-sporting background, and loves being able to make a change in peoples lives. She applies this in her clinical approach, always doing what she can to make sure the patient will get the best help possible. She always aims to be friendly and approachable, having the patient’s welfare as the top priority.

Where are you based?
We are based on the top floor of Hollywood Hair & Beauty, Starnes Court, 14-15 Union St, Maidstone ME14 1EB.
Is parking available?
There is no guaranteed parking available on-site, but there is pay and display parking available on the street, and several public car-parks available close by.
How do I book?
New customers should email or message Beth using the details below. Existing customers can book sessions using our online booking system.
What happens if I can't make my appointment?
Please let Beth know as soon as you can if you realise you can't make an appointment. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment then you will have to pay a cancellation fee.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! We can offer tailored vouchers for a single treatment or multiple sessions. Please contact Beth via email or phone to purchase one.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel, postpone, or rearrange less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment there is a 50% cancellation fee. Cancelling, postponing, or rearranging less than 2 hours in advance, or not attending the appointment, will result in a 100% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before you book or attend your next appointment.
